The 2022 Fetherston Estate ‘Camellia’ Cabernet Sauvignon–Malbec, is a poised, finely textured red.

Aroma: Aromas of blackcurrant, plum, cedar and graphite unfold into a structured palate of dark berry, dried herbs and spice.

Palate: Firm tannins and fresh acidity lend drive, while a saline mineral seam underpins the intensity. Medium-bodied yet grand in presence, it finishes long with savoury clarity. Wild fermented and aged in French oak with minimal intervention, it beautifully balances power and elegance.

Food Pairing: Grilled and roasted meats such as lamb cutlets, steak or beef ribs. BBQ. Rich stews. Roasted mushrooms. Semi-hard or hard cheeses.
