Fetherston's 2021 Syrah is cool-climate Shiraz done with serious finesse.

Aroma: Black plum, violet, cracked pepper and smoked herb build complexity.

Palate: Medium-bodied, showcasing dark cherry, dried fig and graphite, framed by fine-grained tannins and fresh acidity. A mineral seam of crushed stone adds tension and length to the savory finish.

Matured gently in French oak, it balances depth and elegance beautifully.
