Very pale coral pink. Lifted aromatics of wild strawberry, redcurrant, rose water and lemon blossom. Vibrant fruits of redcurrant, rosehip and pink grapefruit on the front palate lead into some more textural notes of nougat, cashew and Turkish delight before a soft, lemon curd acid line ensures a long, textural, and mouth-watering finish. Ready for immediate drinking and will continue to drink well over the next 2 years.

Food Pairing: Perfect as an aperitif, or drink with charcuterie & olives, or smoked salmon blinis.
