This wine is wonderfully aromatic in its youth but can also be aged for up to 4 years from vintage date. White blossom, subtle honeysuckle, white peach, and pear. A very full and rich Pinot Gris, with the seasoned oak helping to provide good texture. Ripe stone fruit and sweet citrus are balanced by soft spice providing good length.

The ideal match for soft cheese or summer salads.
