Colour: Medium to bright ruby red in the glass, with good clarity and youthful vibrancy typical of cool-climate Pinot Noir.

Aroma: Elegant and perfumed with lifted aromas of red cherry, wild strawberry and raspberry, layered with notes of rose petal, forest floor, baking spice and a whisper of oak

Palate: Medium-bodied and finely structured, showing vibrant red fruit, silky tannins and bright acidity. Complex notes of earth, spice and dried herbs unfold across a long, graceful finish

Cellaring: Drinking window is approximately 2025–2032 (or slightly longer) — it should gain a bit more depth, integration and subtle tertiary complexity with a few years in bottle.
