Tasting Notes: The wine is pale white‑gold and brilliantly bright, bursting with musk, lemon sherbet, and layered citrus—lime, mandarin, zest, and spring foliage. The palate rides a searing, high‑velocity line of acidity, carrying pure, intense lemon–lime fruit. It begins with a touch of ripe sweetness at the tip of the tongue, then finishes dry, mineral, and savoury, with impressive length and a lingering citrus afterglow.

Serving Temperature: Serve at 6–8°C — ideal for high‑acid Australian Riesling to highlight citrus, minerality, and tension.
