This is a white wine blend of 53% Sauvignon Blanc, 28% Semillon, 14% Chenin Blanc, 4% Chardonnay, 1% Verdelho. Tightly structured phenolics and acidity hold together fresh citrus and tropical fruit notes; lemon, pink grapefruit, lychee and apples. Elegant and fresh in style, with a lean and persistent finish.

Appearance: Pale lemon hue.

Aroma: Intense herbal notes with florals, soursop, citrus, and hints of lemon curd. Fragrant tropical notes including honeydew melon, papaya, and citrus.

Palate: Fruit-driven with green apple, passionfruit, and touches of stone fruit. Balanced and seamless with a lingering, clean finish.

Serving Temperature: 8–10°C.

Decanting: Not necessary; enjoy fresh to appreciate its vibrant character.
