Aroma: Perfumed and complex with aromas of raspberry, cherry liqueur, rose petal and wild thyme. Underlying notes of white pepper, earth and aged oak contribute to its savoury depth

Palate: Medium-bodied and silky with a plush red fruit core supported by gentle tannins and bright acidity. Layers of spice, dried herbs and subtle minerality evolve into a long, graceful finish

Cellaring: Beautifully expressive now with tertiary notes emerging. Will continue to evolve over the next 5 to 8 years, gaining softness and further complexity
