Midnight black heart with a dark red black tinged hue. A mix of new leather and graphite like notes greet the nostrils. Peppered meats, sour cherry and fresh herb notes ensue. Medium bodied with a bright tangy like feel, a mix of spicy sour to dark cherry fruits are followed by some earth, leather and peppered meat characters. Chewy tannins with a bright aftertaste of moderate length. Cellar 4-5 years.

Pair with grilled meats, lasagne, pizza, mushroom risotto and tapas.
