The Argyros Cuvee Nykteri (Old Vine Assyrtiko) (Limited) 2019 is an exquisite wine that showcases the unique characteristics of Santorini's old vine Assyrtiko.

The bouquet is rich and complex with aromas of green melon, pear, and sliced lemon. There are also subtle hints of green apple, grapefruit, and floral undertones. On the palate, you'll find a blend of citrus, melon, and sea salt flavours. The wine has a vibrant acidity, a silky texture, and mineral notes that are typical of Santorini’s volcanic soils. The finish is long and tangy with a mineral and slightly bitter note, leaving a clean and refreshing impression.

Pair with grilled or baked fish, gourmet salads, lemon and herb roasted chicken, grilled vegetables and soft tangy cheeses.
