Fruit for this wine comes from a vineyard planted in Nulkaba at the gateway to the Pokolbin growing region. Matured on its own yeast lees for 4 months in stainless steel. Displaying pale yellow and green hues, this wine is pretty and floral showing lemon, lime and citrus flavours with that mineral acidity you come to expect from a classic Hunter Valley Semillon. Enjoy it now with oysters, king prawns, fish ’n’ chips and antipasto platters or enjoy the toast and honey characters that will develop over a medium term.
