Fruit for this wine comes from Norm’s block in Pokolbin planted in the late 1990’s, grown in deep red basalt and limestone soils. This wine displays a pale lemon/straw colour with aromas of citrus and stone fruits on the nose. Zesty characters of lemon juice, tangerine and pink grapefruit persist, finishing with a steely minerality. Enjoy with seafood paella, salt and pepper squid, Satay chicken and Thai foods.
