Garnatxa Blanca at its most elegant - Macabeo in the blend helps reduce vinosity and alcopower. The limestone soil and Mediterranean botanicals evident in the wine speak of place, but in all honesty, sheer ease of enjoyment is the thing in this wine. Perfectly mid-weight, utterly savoury and with no winemaking on show, this will please lovers of Chablis, Soave and the like. Great texture, nice spice - delightful, reliable pleasure. Has the natural weight of Garnatxa Blanca, leavened by acid zap balancing out a wine of slightly tart stone fruit.
