This is a red wine blend of 72% Cabernet Sauvignon and 28% Merlot. This has enticing aromas of dried violets, chocolate, oyster shells, bark, blackcurrants, black plums and cloves. There’s plenty packed into a medium body, with ultra-fine, creamy tannins enveloping a perfumed core of black fruit. So creamy and caressing. Drink from 2025.

This wine is perfect for the Autumn and Winter months. They have a full body, rich flavours, and pair well with heartier meals like roasts, stews, beef cheeks, or other slow-cooked red meat dishes and pasta dishes.
