Located in Bairrada wine region VADIO it is a small family project that has as essential to recovery of traditional grape varieties and production of authentic wines DOC BAIRRADA. Distinguished as "Producer of the Year 2014" by WINE, one of the best wine journals in Portugal. Appearance: Medium to deep garnet, with slight brick hues at the rim (due to age).

Aromas: Elegant and expressive nose with red cherry, dried rose petals, forest floor, tobacco, leather, and earthy minerality.

Palate: Medium-bodied with firm tannins and vibrant acidity. Flavours of sour cherry, cranberry, spice, and subtle oak integration. Fresh yet complex, with a savoury, lingering finish.

Texture: Taut and structured, with finesse and aging character beginning to show. Wine Sweetness: Dry – no perceptible sweetness; all about freshness and structure.

Food Pairing Suggestions: Portuguese cuisine: Suckling pig (Leitão à Bairrada), roasted goat, or pork belly. Other meats: Grilled lamb, duck breast, or mushroom-based dishes. Cheese: Firm aged cheeses like Manchego or São Jorge.
