With combinations of red berry, dark berry fruits, mixed spice and fruit cake notes, This wine is a conversation on your palate. French oak 14 months and integrated fine tannins.

Temple Bruer Cabernet Shiraz Mataro 2022
Dark, rich red fruit with earthy overtones. Fine and silky, medium to full tannins. Blackcurrant, blueberry, cassis, liquorice, clove, cinnamon, mint, and thyme.

Grant Burge Barossa Ink Shiraz 2025
Grant Burge Barossa Ink Shiraz is full bodied and opulent with jammy dark fruits. This wine is an inky purple colour with a blackberry nose. The palate is opulent and full of jammy dark fruits complimented by good balance and fine tannins.

Peter Lehmann Layers Red 2021
The colour is a vibrant red with a burst of dark cherry and spice on the bouquet leading to a softly textured finish. Shiraz delivers fruit depth and structure, while the Tempranillo is firm and savoury. Mourvèdre brings a wild earthiness and all are bound together by the aromatic and spicy nature of Grenache which softens the palate.
