Yellowtail Reserve Shiraz 2021
Concentrated ripe berry and dark cherry fruits with black pepper and spice are complimented by vanilla and cedar notes from the oak. A rich and complex palate of dark berry fruits, spice and dark chocolate, leading to a lingering velvety finish.

Tyrrells Old Winery Shiraz 2023
Deep red in colour with a bright purple rim. A smooth, soft and spicy red wine with aromas of dark ripe fruit and subtle vanillin oak. The palate is full of rich shiraz flavours and is supported by firm tannins which provide good length and complexity.

Grant Burge GB56 Shiraz 2024
Blackberries, black currants and raspberries with complex oak and savoury spice.

With a dark purple intensity, this wine roars with abundant aromas of crimson raspberry and dark cherry. Meticulous oak integration allows the rich fruit to shine on the palate, with kicks of pepper, vanilla and caramel tones providing exceptional length and complexity.

Jardin Des Charmes Syrah Merlot
Jammy red fruits, such as blackberry and blackcurrant, dominate the nose and are found on the palate. The roundness of this bi-varietal wine reveals licorice notes. This delectable wine shows a subtle exoticism with coconut and chocolate aromas. Chilled or at room temperature, the exuberant charm of these two varietals reveals a wonderful garden full of surprises.
