Colour: A really beautiful, bright and delicate, very pale salmon pink.

Aroma: Has light cherry aromas and hints of berry fruits though not overly fruity.

Palate: This is a dry Rose. It is quite restrained, is more similar to the styles of Southern France being crisp and very dry with delicate fruit characters, light savoury notes and a very good texture. It has a good acidity, a long finish and will match a great range of foods.
