The Villain and Vixen Rosé from Hentley Farm is a delightful wine produced in the Barossa Valley. It’s part of their portfolio of modern wines sourced from select vineyards. As “villains against convention,” they favour vixen-like elegance, creating textural wines with enhanced vibrancy of fruit and varietal characteristics1. This vintage combines grapes from Mount Crawford (82.5%) and Eden Valley (17.5%), resulting in an intense and vibrant flavour profile. Imagine loads of delicious raspberry, apple, sherbet, and fresh strawberry, all wrapped up in a creamy, soft texture with balanced acidity. A truly refreshing drink! 🍷
