Aroma: Fresh, vibrant aromas of strawberries and raspberries, with subtle hints of creamy and savoury notes adding complexity.

Palate: Smooth, rich, and flavoursome front palate showcasing fresh berry fruits. This is followed by a savoury and complex mid-palate with texture and weight. Crunchy acidity, characteristic of Nebbiolo, provides a fresh, long, and vibrant finish.

For optimal enjoyment, rosé wine should be served chilled, ideally between 7-13°C and will pair well with a variety of foods like charcuterie, seafood, pork, poultry and mild cheeses.
