Tasting Notes: West Cape Howe Styx Gully Chardonnay is an elegant cool-climate Chardonnay from Western Australia's Great Southern region. Named after the Styx Gully vineyard, this wine showcases the region’s ability to produce refined, expressive Chardonnays with a balance of vibrant citrus fruit, subtle oak influence and creamy texture. It is a beautifully structured wine with excellent freshness and complexity.

Decanting: Not required, but 15–20 minutes of breathing can enhance complexity.
