Tasting Notes: Dark blue/red fruit flavour profile. Indian spice and enhanced aromatics. Purposefully made to avoid overt, syrupy concentration or dominating oak. Capture McLaren Vale generosity; tempered by silky texture and elegance. Clarendon typicity exhibits less density than the valley floor but imparts aromatics and spice. We believe that texture is the element that holds the key to fine wine.
