NOSE This wine’s complexity is incredible, as well as the magical sensations that derive from it. The olfactory characteristics are those typical of Sauvignon in cold climates: intense and elegant aromas of elderberry, gooseberry, tomato leaf, green pepper, boxwood and cedar, secondly enriched with citrus nuances of lime and grapefruit, mineral flint tones and light smoky notes.
PALATE In the palate the wine follows and amplifies the scents perceived by the nose, in particular the uniqueness of tomato leaf, the freshness of citrus fruits and the acidity and minerality typical of Collio, offering a pleasant sip with persistent intensity, full-bodied and creamy but also sharp and well-balanced. The finish is long, velvety and soft. Ronco delle Mele represents the desire to produce a very typical and savoury wine, impeccable for precision and style.

This wine goes well with pasta, shellfish, mature and hard cheese, lean fish and cured meats.

YourWines™ carrier partner is Australia Post. All wine orders can be delivered to any nominated address in Australia. YourWines™ offers FREE Shipping on all orders nationwide excluding TAS, NT, remote QLD and remote WA where a $20 shipping surcharge is added.

Most of our customers give instructions to leave the wine in a safe place as this is by far the easiest way to ensure you get your wine on time. If the person accepting the delivery is out and there are no specific delivery instructions, Australia Post will leave a card indicating that they were unable to deliver your wine. Your case/cases will be returned to your nearest Post Office for your collection. A reminder card will be sent to you after five days. Cases not collected within 14 days of the initial attempted delivery will be returned to us and a YourWines Customer Service agent will contact you to arrange re-delivery and payment of re-delivery fees if required. Please note that we cannot accept instructions to contact you as Australia Post delivery couriers cannot call before delivery. YourWines™ will not deliver to anyone less than 18 years of age. If there is any doubt about the age of the recipient on delivery, our delivery drivers are obliged to request some form of photographic ID. If that recipient is unable to produce appropriate ID then the delivery driver will be unable to leave the wine.

OUR DELIVERY LEAD-TIMES

We normally despatch orders the same day if they are received before 4pm AEST on a business day. If orders are received after 4pm AEST they will be despatched the following business day. Once collected by our delivery partner, the estimated delivery times are:

METRO AREAS: NSW - 2-3 business days

VIC/ACT/WA/SA - 3-7 business days depedning on location. Please allow up to 3 additional days for country and rural areas.
