If you're not happy with any wines you bought from us we will credit you for the amount of that bottle. If you bought multiple bottles of a particular wine, then we will refund them as well, excluding freight, as soon as we have collected the rest of the wine from you and it is received back into our warehouse, provided that you have only opened one bottle and the remaining bottles are in a saleable condition.
