And only the best vineyards are picked for it too.

It's complex and nuanced, with notes of almond, green apple and smoky peat. It's long and fresh, powerful, but you can still taste the variety, and it's vibrant, with lots of energy. A great and cool wine! For Marin Fumey, whose family started making Vin Jaune in 1992, the best vintages for this style have been 1999, 2009 and 2016. And 2019 will be a great Vin Jaune vintage too ... all vintages ending in nine! This is certainly impressive. They produced 5,000 bottles (62-centiliter clavelins) of it. It was bottled in February 2023. - Luis Gutierrez

//cdn.shopify.com/s/files/1/0083/4951/5881/files/BottleShot-7copy_10b240a9-743d-478d-a9dc-01256aa9f7b1.webp?v=1790986019
