Willoughby Bridge and Heathcote Ridge in Northern Heathcote.
Warm season with even ripening temperatures and timely rainfall. Ripe fruit with balanced acidity.
Grenache is the star of pale dry textural Rosé in Southern Europe. Heathcote Grenache is as close to those styles as it gets and is just the ticket for warm sunny days and a shady spot. Very pale in colour, perfumed, dry, textural, seaspray, delicious.
Hand picked, whole bunch pressed and fermented in older French oak casks. Left on yeast lees for 8 months for texture and salinity.
Region: Heathcote, VIC
