Curtis Family Vineyards Imperial Cabernet Sauvignon 2020

A sip of the drink reveals juicy ripe cherry, plum, dense liquorice and subtle spice flavours. Integrated with silky tannins, these elements together make way for a savoury and velvety finish. Perfect with barbecued steak, this red can also be paired with grilled or roasted lamb.

Peter Lehmann Art & Soul Shiraz Grenache 2015

Art ‘n’ Soul Shiraz Grenache is an appealing and vibrant wine showing a deep red hue. The powerful nose exudes dark forest fruit aromas with hints of chocolate, which are carried forward to the approachable palate. These rich flavours provide a velvety mouthfeel to the wine, eventually ending in a delicate and lengthy finale. Pair this remarkable Peter Lehmann red with steaks, sausages or Cheddar cheese.

Rosemount Estate McLaren Vale GSM 2018

First released in 1994, GSM is Rosemount Estate’s interpretation of the traditional old-world blend of Grenache, Shiraz and Mourvèdre, sourced from McLaren Vale. The rich, spicy fruit flavours of old-bush-vine Grenache balances the opulent power of Shiraz and the firm structure of Mourvèdre. With the Shiraz providing great structure and balance to the upfront fruit of the Grenache, our GSM is not only highly attractive in its youth, but also has the proven ability to age well, up to 10 years with careful cellaring.

Tyrrell's Old Winery Pinot Noir 2020

Blended from fruit sourced from some of Australia’s best red-growing regions in the country, this wine offers a classic Pinot Noir bouquet of bright, enticing cherry and strawberry aromas layered over an undertone of mushrooms and forest floor. The palate is long and concentrated, with rich, sweet fruit, subtle hints of savoury oak and smooth tannins. Made in a soft but generously flavoured style, it makes an ideal accompaniment to red meat and game dishes, pasta with tomato-based sauces and semi-soft cheeses.

Vignobles Ragneau Vin'ature Côtes de Bordeaux AOC 2018
