Very clear and bright with a light straw hue. Has a delicate nose of fresh pear fruit with hints of exotic tropical fruit. This is a well weighted, very approachable, fresh dry white. It has delicate fruit flavours of summer fruits, eg golden delicious apples and ripe pear. Its delicate fruit flavours are well balanced by its gentle acidity, very characteristic of the variety. Our Pinot Grigio has a nice textural quality and can be enjoyed with or without food. Bright and clear with a light gold colour. Fresh and lifted on the nose with the attractive ‘stone fruit’ characters that are the hallmark of this variety; lovely aromas of light peach and white nectarine. This is a Chardonnay that is delicious for drinking now and over the next year or so. Its generous, peachy melon fruit flavours are beautifully balanced by the lightly drying, fresh acidity. It has a lovely silkiness on the palate with great mouth feel and also the tiniest touch of oak tannin which contributes to it’s to good length. Several parcels of fruit were selected for the Rose; some was crushed and pressed with a short time on skins to pick up some colour in the juice. Some riper picked fruit was handled by the ‘Saignee’ method; the juice being drained from the crusher with just a hint of colour and then fermented at 15 C to dryness. We’ve bottled this wine early to maximise all the delicate fruit flavours. Clear attractive blush pink. Quite complex on the nose with beautifully perfumed fruits, and some light musk-like characters to balance. This is a beautiful, light dry Rose; it has delicate fruit flavours and a surprisingly full palate. We are producing an approachable, well flavoured wine and there is minimal filtration ahead of bottling. A vibrant and deep crimson red. Fragrant aromas of rich ripe berry and dark plum, with a hint of smoky black tea adding complexity. This Shiraz is full and flavoursome on the palate; it has loads of the black plum and delicious dark berry fruit flavours typical of the variety and complemented by the subtle French oak. With its moderate tannins and gently drying finish it’s very approachable and can be enjoyed right now and over the next few years. A good match with any meal. Has light melon fruit aromas; think honeydew and rockmelon, along with a delicate creamy cashew nut character and just a hint of butterscotch adding complexity. This is a well-balanced and well-integrated Chardonnay. After 6 months in barrel post fermentation, the melon fruit flavours are well integrated with the subtle oak characters. Has good depth of fruit; it’s fresh raspberry and plum fruit flavours are complexed by the slight hint of charry oak after it’s period of maturation in once\/twice used French oak. There’s a slight spicy character with a hint of sweet paprika. It was all harvested in March, with a small portion finishing its ferment in new oak barriques and kept on its yeast lees for added complexity. Minimal fining and filtration has maximized the inherently generous fruit characters in this wine. A deep, dark and vibrant crimsony red. Beautifully aromatic with lifted, fresh and vibrant spicy fruit characters; soft ripe plums and red currants together with hints of raspberry and cranberry. Well flavoured while still being quite delicate and very approachable. The delicious spicy plum fruit flavours are well integrated after its careful oak handling, all adding to its complexity and depth. The slight astringency and lightly drying tannins add length to the palate and provides its good finish. Has rich, dark berry fruit aromas (think Fruits of the Forest) with dark plum fruits and a hint of violet and sweet vanilla spice aromatics from the oak adding complexity. This is a well flavoured and well structured wine with rich, blackberry and 'brambly’ fruit flavours. The Malbec component (18%) contributes juicy and vibrant mulberry fruit characters which complement the more structured Cabernet Sauvignon component. All are beautifully balanced by the well-integrated oak and the drying, slightly dusty tannins.
